All the meals at Bonanza Family Restaurant come complete with the salad bar, the hot side dishes, the homemade soups, soft serve sundae bar, and homemade cookies and desserts. On our 31 foot salad we have iceberg, romaine, and spinach for salad making. We have fresh carrots, tomatoes, radishes, mushrooms, onions, broccoli, tomatoes and pepers to make a hearty salad. In season we have watermelon, and cantaloupe. All the rest of the time we have grapes, bananas, oranges, and two kinds of apples. Bonanza makes all its desserts, hot dishes, and soups from scatch. Thereby ensuring the freshest products witht the least amount of additives.
For larger groups such as meetings, teams, and rehearsal dinners, Bonanza has group menus allowing set prices as well as a good selection at a price to match most budgets. Bonanza has menus for children 3 to 10 years of age and Senior citizens of 55+ years. There is a Monday through Friday lunch menu.
