Choices Recovery Services has been committed to providing quality treatment services in the Mitchell and surrounding area since March of 2000.

It is the philosophy of Choices that alcohol, drugs, and gambling problems can be effectively treated within the community.  The Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program allows individuals to remain in their homes and to continue their employment while receiving treatment.

We believe that successful recovery includes continued aftercare and family involvement.

Our goal is to provide a safe environment to begin recovery, a 12-Step based program, healing with dignity for the addict and the family, and coordination of other health care needs.

We provide a 6-8 week intensive outpatient treatment program on a sliding scale fee.  Weekend treatment hours are available.   Aftercare services are available at a cost of $10 per session.

The 1st Offenders DUI class typically meets one Saturday a month (9am-5pm) at a cost of $100.  Individualized classes are provided for those unable to attend the Saturday class.  Please call ahead to register.
