FB Rentals offers many amenities you won't get anywhere else.  We are located within walking distance of downtown Mitchell, and offer air-conditioned furnished apartment/rooms for rent, with complete kitchen.  Rent by the day, week, month , etc.  

We are not a Bed & Breakfast, but cooking facilities are available.

Sleeping rooms available with twin, full or bunk beds, rollaway beds, chest of drawers, all linens and towels as well as pillows & blankets.  Our kitchen comes equiped with all of the essentials, from a coffee pot, microwave, all dinnerware, pans & utensils, and much more.  Our living room is furnished with a couch, chairs, and a TV and stereo.  There is a full bathroom on the main floor and a shower in the basement.  

NO PETS ALLOWED, BUT KENNELS AVAILABLE NEARBY.

We are conveniently located close to the Worlds Only Corn Palace as well as convenience stores, jewelry stores, steak house, family restaurants and lounges with entertainment.
